The Latvian National Symphony Orchestra Foundation has been granted public‑benefit organization status in the fields of charity and cultural promotion.
Therefore, donations transferred to the LNSO Foundation in support of these areas are considered eligible expenses and, pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 1, Clause 3 of the Law on Personal Income Tax, may be deducted from the donor’s annual taxable income.
