VISITOR GUIDELINES

Please follow the LNSO concert attendance guidelines so that the concert experience is enjoyable for you and for all other members of the audience!

Before the concert
We invite visitors to arrive at the concert venue in good time. Once the concert has begun, latecomers may not be admitted to the hall.

Before concerts in the Great Hall, the first bell sounds 7 minutes before the start of the concert, the second 5 minutes before, and the third 2 minutes before the start of the concert.

The premises of the Riga Congress Hall are open to visitors 1 hour before the start of the concert.

A café is open before the concert and during the interval (except for the “Symphonic Hit with Goran Gora” concert series at 12:00).

A cloakroom for outerwear is located in the basement of the Riga Congress Hall. LNSO administration does not accept liability for personal belongings left in the cloakroom.

Flowers and gifts intended for the performers may be left at the Riga Congress Hall cloakroom, along with the recipient’s name, and handed to the attending staff. Flowers will be presented on stage, while gifts will be given to the performers after the concert.

Bringing food and drinks into the hall is not permitted.

Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused admission to the concert.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises of the Riga Congress Hall.

Bringing animals into the Riga Congress Hall is not permitted, except for service dogs.

Tickets purchased from LNSO cannot be exchanged or refunded (except in the case of a cancelled concert).

Concert tickets must be kept until the end of the event. Staff attending to the audience are entitled to ask to see your ticket at any time during the event.

If a ticket was purchased at a discounted rate (pupil, student, senior, 3+ Family Card), the visitor must present a valid corresponding document. If the visitor cannot present a valid document, they must go to the Riga Congress Hall ticket office to pay the discounted amount.

During the concert
During the event, please switch your phone to silent mode and refrain from photographing, filming, using flash photography, or otherwise using your mobile phone, so as not to disturb the performers or other visitors.

All photography, video and audio recording is prohibited, except with special permission from the LNSO administration.

By attending an event at the Riga Congress Hall, visitors agree that they may be photographed and filmed during the event. Any material recorded may be broadcast, reproduced and distributed without restriction.

LNSO staff attending to the audience have the right to ask a concert visitor to leave the hall if they are disrupting the concert.

Visitors must follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.
