We asked our listeners themselves to choose the theme of the February concert, and now we have the results of several polls – in competition with John Adams, John Cage and Steve Reich, the winner was Philip Glass, the author of those spellbinding circular meditations. And so on 4 February we will hear his Second Cello Concerto Naqoyqatsi with young cellist Kristaps Bergs as soloist.
