By popular demand we are announcing one more musical journey, “The Tale of Diegabiksis”.
If you have not yet had the chance to hear this musical show, set aside the evening of 18 May and head out into the world to seek your fortune and meet with wonders!
One day the little tortoise Diegabiksis did exactly that – he set off into the world to seek his fortune and to meet with wonders. Did Diegabiksis find what he was looking for? How did he fare visiting the depths of the river, or travelling up to the Cloud? What did the Stone do, and what did the Mountain say?
The music for Diegabiksis’s journey, as told by Žanis Grīva, was written by composer Rihards Zaļupe, and together with Diegabiksis the audience will hear the frog choir sing, the angry Lion King roar and the beautiful Bird of Wonder take flight.
