The nimble footwork of the resourceful schemer Figaro in Rossini’s overture, playfully smiling little kicks in Mozart’s dances, and also Schubert’s Fifth, said to be candid and Beethovenian, and Mendelssohn’s famous Violin Concerto, in which the solo will be played by the wildly temperamental and immensely talented Grand Music Award laureate Kristīne Balanas.
A concert of the Dzintari Concert Hall’s Christmas Festival.
