LNSO sadarbbas projekts

The Latvian National Symphony Orchestra (LNSO) regularly participates in projects and events organised by other artistic units and cultural institutions. Each year, the orchestra takes part in concert performances of Richard Wagner’s operas presented by the Cēsis Arts Festival, concerts of the Jūrmala Festival, events within the International Sacred Music Festival organised by the State Choir Latvija, as well as gala memorial concerts dedicated to Andrejs Žagars in Cēsis.

The LNSO has developed a particularly close artistic partnership with the State Academic Choir Latvija, joining forces several times each season for performances of vocal-symphonic repertoire. Other important creative partners include the Latvian Radio Big Band, the Latvian Radio Choir, and a number of other professional music ensembles in Latvia. The orchestra also performs regularly in all major regional concert halls across the country.
