Donation terms
Donations are received by the association “Latvijas Profesionālo mūzikas kolektīvu asociācija” (Latvian Association of Professional Music Ensembles), Reg. No. 40008325753, Amatu iela 6, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.
Donations will cover the technical and artistic costs of the concert “Kultūra (iz)dzīvo” on 10 November 2026.
A donation is a voluntary, non-refundable payment. If a donation was made by mistake (for example, a wrong amount), please contact us within 14 days at lnso@lnso.lv.
Privacy policy
The data controller is the association “Latvijas Profesionālo mūzikas kolektīvu asociācija”.
To process a donation, we handle the amount and date of the donation and the donor’s e-mail address, if provided. The data is used only for processing and recording the donation and for keeping accounting records as required by law.
Payments are processed by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/; therefore, we transfer the personal data necessary for executing the payment to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.
