Violinist Vineta Sareika and pianist Lauma Skride as well as the remarkable Belgian clarinettist Annelien Van Wauwe will take the stage at the Daile Music House. Together, they will perform a chamber music programme rich in vivid character, beginning with Ravel’s fiery Tzigane and Khachaturian’s Clarinet Trio, infused with Armenian motifs. The concert continues with a refreshing suite by Milhaud, explores Bartók’s distinctive musical language, and features the vibrant and theatrical works of Stravinsky and Satie.
