And finally, French romanticism: the reserved master of the organ César Franck speaks movingly and openly in the colours of the symphony orchestra.
Pre-Concert Talk at 18.18 in the Munich Hall with Orests Silabriedis will feature violinist Kristīne Balanas. They will discuss whether or not the nerve of Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s Hollywood film music can be heard in his Violin Concerto, which will be performed at the concert.
