DEUTSCHE WELLE: Tarmo Peltokoski conducts the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra

Last summer, the German broadcaster Deutsche Welle followed Tarmo Peltokoski and the LNSO as they staged Richard Wagner’s opera “Siegfried,” performed in concert at the “Cesis” Art Festival.
