Vein Trio comes to us from Switzerland and reminds us that a piano trio is often called the smallest possible orchestra. Now this smallest orchestra meets the largest one, the LNSO, to give birth to symphonic bop, as it has been dubbed by Vein Trio drummer Florian Arbenz. Flexibility, unpredictability and interplay – those are the three legs on which the collaboration stands. And ImKa gets in on it too – his legendary Fourth sounds this time with Swiss participation.
