After studying in Helsinki and Stockholm, he gained international recognition by winning both the Timo Mustakallio Singing Competition and the Helsinki Lied Competition in 2021. From 2022 to 2024 he was a member of the International Opera Studio at the Berlin State Opera (Staatsoper Unter den Linden), where he performed a wide range of roles before returning as a guest artist. Since the 2025/26 season, Krogius has been a permanent ensemble member of the Zurich Opera, where he continues to expand his repertoire in major productions. He has also appeared at the Finnish National Opera, the Semperoper Dresden and the Savonlinna Opera Festival, performing leading roles in operas by Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, Strauss and Puccini. Alongside his operatic career, Krogius is a sought-after concert soloist, collaborating with leading Finnish orchestras and performing major works by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Britten.
