An internationally acclaimed artist, she rose to prominence after winning both the prestigious Besançon International Competition for Young Conductors (2019) and the Tokyo International Music Competition for Conducting (2018). A former conducting fellow of the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic and assistant to Kirill Petrenko, she now appears regularly with leading orchestras in Europe, Japan and North America. Her rapidly expanding international career has included collaborations with the NHK Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Royal Scottish National Orchestra and Kammerorchester Basel, alongside debut engagements with many of the world’s foremost orchestras.
